Today was the first (and only?) meeting of LumberJocks in Malaysia. Masrol (a.k.a. woodworm) came over to my place because he was interested in buying my router (my last surviving power tool, unless you count my woodburner). We also exchanged some woodworking books and magazines.
It was a nice meeting, although too short and without sawdust or shavings flying anywhere. Hopefully this won’t be the last gathering of woodworkers in Malaysia! (Although it will be more difficult for us to visit each other after I move to a different part of the country next month.)

I see Marsol has a cool drink in his hand so that makes the “meeting” a “picnic” in my book. So now you need to start planning the next picnic so MsDebbie can send out some advertising and more folks will come!

Cool!
After you move you’re going to have to setup a whole new shop, huh?

And infact it was an “international LJs meeting”. I endorsed it was a very great and pleasant meeting.
It was so nice to have met your great family Eric.
Thank you for your hospitality and everything.

Well Masrol, we should make it a regular event anytime I’m in Kuala Lumpur! Once a year is not unreasonable…
