I hadn’t gone for a few years because – 1) the location was very poor, 2) the lack of vendors, and 3) the classes didn’t interest me, or if they did they had the wrong times posted and I missed them, or you had to stand. Disston Dovetail Saw - 5 replies
I’m thinking about purchasing a dovetail saw and giving hand-cut dovetails a shot. Does anyone know if the modern (new) Disston saws are as good as the older models? Rockler has them in stock and I have a gift certificate to use up and they have a 25% off sale this weekend. I’m torn between Disston and Lie-Nielsen.
