I am a salesman for a living.

I have always liked the idea of doing woodworking, but never had the patience. I started finishing my basement a few years ago and last fall got to the cabinet stage. A friend of mine has a woodworking business on the side and I asked him if he could help me make some boxes, he said it is more difficult than that! Well, 10 custom cabinets 2 bookshelves and a desk later I am here to tell you there is a lot more too it.

Good news, I have found the patience and really enjoy it and I am setting up my own shop. Bought a new Ridgid 4511 granite top table saw and a used radial arm saw and currently looking to upgrade my craftsman mitre saw.

This winters project: A bar for the bar room in my basement and cabinets in the garage.
