I’ve seen a lot of these Balanced wine racks.. does anyone have a pattern or a place i can get one?

I 'm ret from the navy,I have been wood working for 7 years.I started out scroll sawing, now i make canes,pens,and Furniture.I use a lot of cedar, and red oak. I guess thats about it.
