I want to cut out some things on my scroll saw. Like Christmas ornaments. What size blade should I use. I’m not sure what would be a good size for the outside cuts and inside cuts.

I am making a building block set for kids. With the blocks should I make the edges smooth or just leave them. Should I make them different colors or leave them natural. I am making a bed for someone and I calculated wrong on what I needed. So I have 3 2×4’s extra now. What would be a good thing to use them for to make something out of them. I have been making furniture for a while now and I use pine. And the pine I use has a lot of knots in it. What is the best kind of pine to use for furniture so it doesn’t have so many knots in it.
