Good afternoon lumberjocks. Business plans can be good and they can be bad. I hear so many people say they make up like a 10 page business plan then find out 6 months to a year later that they don’t work. Don’t get me wrong business plans are good if you do them the right way. If you try to do it on your own and read some book that somebody wrote yeah then it isn’t going to work. But if you go by gods plans and do it the way he has it planned for you then a lot of things will happen with your business. Trust me I tried doing it my way and i’ll tell you it didn’t work for me. I finally relized that I had to hand everything and I mean everything over to god. Even the little things. And now things are happening. Stuff might not happen when you want it to or when you think it should happen but it will if you allow god to be in control. And another thing always be happy with whatever god does with your business if when a project blows up in your face and you don’t know what just happen. So don’t get me wrong I am not against business plans I have one of my own for my business. Just don’t go about it the wrong way. So if you are thinking of starting your own business or if you already have one sit done and pray about it and let god be in control of it.

in closing learn from mistakes and if you did have a plan that went bad then hand it over to god and let him take control of it.

Isiah 40:31 But those who wait will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk, and not faint.

I’m a little confused by what you mean about handing it over to god.
I’m assuming you don’t just wait in your shop for divine intervention to materialize a customer in front of you.
To me, it sounds like we should be flexible in our plans and allow the opportunities that come our way to influence and shape our business. Is this what you’re getting at?
It might help if you can share some specific experiences about one of “your ways” that didn’t work and how god redirected you down another path.

Where can I get God’s plan? Does he/she have a web site? Does it take CC or Paypal? Can it be downloaded? I sure hope it does not come with any proselitising advertisement…you know, something like “You are in good hands…..God State Insurance….”

Let me know. :-)
