Welcome to LJ…I am new myself. I would consider what you could do to with a small table saw.

”Thanks for the welcome. I am from Japan, and I need a lot of help.” – nakamaruchi
nakamaruchi,
You are in a great place to find help. There are many fine woodworkers here, who are happy to share the knowledge they’ve acquired. I have learned a lot here, and continue to do so. If you have questions, you can “private message” one of us, or post a forum topic, which will launch a discussion on the matter. We’re all here for help and support!

Hi Nakamaruchi. Happy to have you. I spent 3 years in Nagoya, Japan. It was a good experience but I didn’t work with wood back then. Good luck with your table saw dilemma. I don’t think I could do without mine. I just put a top on mine and use it for a work table when I don’t need to cut stock.
