no previous part Part 1 of Entertainment Center series Part 2: The Carcass Revisited »

I’ve got my own site where I like to write about my projects so rather than duplicate them here I’ll just provide a little teaser. If you’d like to read the full post just click here.

I haven’t quite finished the Jeweler’s Bench project but the boss really wants to upgrade our entertainment center now that we’ve got a nice new TV and furniture in the basement. We looked around for one to buy but just didn’t find anything we really liked. Then I started searching for some plans to build an entertainment center and we both really liked the look of this one from PlansNow. I’ve bought a couple of plans from there before and have been really pleased so I figured I’d dive in and begin the largest furniture project I’ve yet to attempt…

Stack of materials before getting started.

All of the pieces for the carcass cut and ready for dadoes.

The carcass set up with a yard stick for scale.

Thanks for the post, I liked the Widescreen TV Cabinet , but it is a little big for my living room . I am looking forward to your next post. Take care.
