Hello Mtnwild,
Welcome to LJs. I hope that you will find this to be an interesting and enjoyable part of your woodworking experience

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.
God Bless

Would like to invite ya’ll to visit my photo site at photobucket. com, and look up mtnwild. I have other projects there that I do that don’t qualify for this site. Art work, knives, scrimshaw and such. Just thought I’d share. Do all this stuff as a hobby, don’t have a business, enjoy.

Love it…someone once told me if you dadoe in strips on one side of a board and then dado the opposite direction on the reverse you’ll end up with ‘cubes’ without the fuss. This looks good.

I love the stuff you have built.
That’s a lot of talent for one guy to handle so you might wanna just give some to me so it doesn’t overwhelm you :)
-- If at first you don't succeed, slam it on the ground, kick it across the shop, blast it with a shotgun, tell the kids to cut it up for firewood, turn up the music an try try again.

You are definitely an artist and have shown that with each project. I really love the scrimshaw it is very similar to what I do. I love the detail it allows. Thanks for sharing your work as well as your comments.

Thanks so much for the comment! I usually put a large wooden mushroom on the very top and a little deer antler mushroom in a pocket carved out somewhere else on the stick. People relly seem to like it that way.
