I have been Wood Carving for 28 years, mostly I am self taugh. My Wife and i demonstrate Wood Carving, at several College's in Va and Ky.We enjoy shareing what we know with other's. I have won several award's in both states.but really shareing idea's and thought's and seeing a smile on someones face Who like's our work, and learns a little something is what makes it worth while. my Wife enjoy's showing others how to make the stick flowers.I am a member of the National Woodcarvers Asocation and Round the Mountain Southwest Va Artisan Network. I have carved life size Native American's (6ft.4in) to Santas 1 and a half inches tall. if i have a specialty it is probably Hound Dog's app.5 in tall. I prefer Basswod but will care on abot any wood except osage orange,if you know what i mean.If you are at a festival in Southeast Ky or Southwest Va,please look us up.

Just checked out your projects and you have some great work. You have the carving talent, something I wish I had.
