As Debbie mentioned in our latest eMag issue – on Sunday, July 8th, David will be hosting our very first LJ Chat.

The topic of discussion will be Veneering. David posted excellent tutorial series Beginner's Guide - The Vacuum Press & Veneering recently so feel free to go through it before the chat.

Date: Sunday, July 8, 2007
Time: 3-5 PM EDT

Click here to enter the chat room
Chat room will be opened on July 8 at 3 PM EST
(Note that the chat room is currently limited to 100 chatters)

I encourage you to join in on Sunday and ask David about his “first time” experience at the woodworking technique. Let’s make this an informative and fun event!

Thanks for the message Martin. But it found it after the chat was finished. Looks like a good time was had by all.

I couldn’t make it. If I could have just left the son-in-law to do my new windows by himself…....I don’t think he would have been very understooding in the 90 deg heat if I said I was going to chat about veneering.
