Just a friendly reminder that the entry deadline is July 31, 2009 at 3 PM CDT so there are just 4 days left to submit your entry.
We already have 46 benches entered and I’m sure there are still many of you finishing your entries.
Also make sure to check the GardenTenders Summer Awards because one of the categories is The Retreat and your project might fit there too. Here’s that category description:
”One of the greatest benefits of a personal garden area is that feeling of inner peace that it brings. For some, that feeling of fulfilment happens while gazing at a particular flower; for others it occurs while meditating in a specific setting; and for others – well, it can be anything. Share with us your special garden retreat area and in your description share your design inspiration and how the retreat area affects you emotionally.”

yes…you can enter the retreat category but just be warned—-NO ONE WILL BEAT my SUNFLOWERS!!! Just kidding…wow…46 benches??? I better get viewing!
