I went to the cigar shop today and picked up a couple cigar boxes along with some nice maduro’s. The boxes were given to me. Can anyone guess what these will be used for in the near future?

I’m going to guess geetars, tackle boxes, or cigar boxes in that order of likelyhood.

I used to use them in grammar school back in the 1950’s also for pencils and school supplies.

You got it on the first try Jim. I’ve seen a few posted on here and they have inspired me. I have some maple in the garage that I have been trying to come up with a project for and when the guy said I could have these for nothing I knew I had a project. I need to buy some turning pegs and strings, I’ll salvage everything else. I wish I had come up with this in time for the glue contest.

The guy at the cigar store said that he gives most of these boxes to school teachers so there must be some use for them in grammar school still Greg.

I’m sure the guitars will be as sweet as those maduros.

Have your say...
