Hi Folks!

I just read about this on Marc’s site. I have a little blog at http://kandtwoodworking.blogspot.com and a projects and shop album at http://picasaweb.google.com/kandtwoodworking. The name, K and T Woodworking is just for the initials of my kids.

Cheers! I’ll post some stuff here. This is a great idea! I’m also going to work on the shop tour video in the next few days!

Welcome to LumberJocks. My father and mother had a farm in Ribstone. They left in 1940 when the farming went to crap.

We had our house broken into while we slept and had a new truck stolen in the process. I’m feeling a little dark. LOL

Sorry to hear about that. I hope the perps are brought to justice, or you get the truck back at least.

Hey folks, I had it done by an online company called Dimpleart. http://www.dimpleart.com I had a picture that was uploaded to their site and asked them to do a woodworking theme. Et viola. I like it. It made my daughter laugh which made the entire process worthwhile. It made my wife roll her eyes, also making the entire process worthwhile.

I’m going to be doing the holiday shop (santa’s work shop) for a few of the local schools in my area ! I’m looking for ideas for fast , easy projects with little cost to make , so I can donate them for the under privileged childeren to give to their parents for the holidays (x-mas & such) . Childern of all walks of life also find joy in giving to their parents and other family members on the holidays , It gives them a sense of pride, and happyness! The school asks that I make sure that it would be something of a non-religious background to all cultures !If anyone has any plans or ideas please send them to me soon december 17th is my deadline. Thank you everyone that took the time to read this !Happy thanks giving!!!!!

Just checked out your projects and you have some great work. My favorites are the burl bows. Of coarse any burl will catch my eye.

Hi Tom. Thanks for your interest in my basement workshop. I’m afraid there’s not much to see. I have a shopsmith that I roll out to use it as tablesaw, jointer, bandsaw, drillpress, and disk sander. It’s a pretty decent lathe too, but I don’t do any turning. Besides that, I have a DeWalt 12” planer on a wheeled stand, a router table, and a few hand tools, like Kreg jig, buscuit joiner, jigsaw, etc. I have a nearly unusable workbench with no vice, and no decent assembly table. I have plans to build the last two items, but nearly all my time (and all my money) is taken up by finishing my home. One day, though, look out. Thanks again for your comment.
