i dril as far as i can one direction comeing out at a direction change then dril what ever way the branck goes and so on until you reach the other end . then thread the wire through and fil the holes after you are done

If I had this to do I would try Stan’s method but it may be challenging guiding the router bit down the center. A trim router would probably be best.
