Just acquired this slab of Black Walnut and I’m looking for some ideas. It is approximately 36” across and 3 1/2 thick. This was next to a stack of walnut that was cut for firewood a year ago. There is about two cords of walnut that is all cut into 14” length of which I can have all I want. (it was a very good day)

Delta 14-650 vs 14-651 - 0 replies
Are the bits and chisels from the 14-650 and the 14-651 interchangeable? I ruined my 3/8 bit and need a replacement, but can’t seem to find any for the 650 but I see they are still available for the 651.

Rough Sawn at Fleet Farm - 5 replies
I just noticed in the Fleet Farm ad that came with the Mpls. Star and Tribune this weekend that they are now carrying rough sawn lumber in oak, cherry, walnut, maple, etc. Has anyone had a chance to check out the quallity of their lumber?

Auxiliary Fence for Delta Unifence - 6 replies
I’ve tried various ways to mount an auxiliary fence to my Delta Unifence , but just have not found a good way to mount/clamp it on to the odd shape of the Unifence. Any thoughts or ideas of how to do this without drilling in the Unifence would be appreciated.
