hello everbody, i was wodnering whats the easisst way to make tenon joint for a log bed without expensive tools? thanks kyle

Hey KyleI think the easiest is with a tenoning jig on a table or loose tenons with a router.

Hand cut the round tenons with a saw for stop cuts, then chisel and whittle with a knife.That’s how Grandpa did it.

I made a half log bench with branches for legs, a draw knife and a shave horse are the quickest way to cut the tenons for me, keep a piece of wood with a test hole close by so you can keep it tight
