Location: Califon, NJ

I own and opperate Middle Valley Lumber llc, just north of Califon, NJ. I run the sawmill and my buisness partner does the logging. We handle all general sawmill work, but concentrate on fine rare woods up to 7' wide. We have over 40,000 board feet in inventory, and still growing. Call us at (908)-217-6105 and we would be more than happy to show you around.
Many clients come back to me years after I custom sawed their lumber, seeking for me to further refine it either into flooring, furniture, outdoor projects, fire place mantles, turnings, carvings... anything that we can come up with I can create within the specific woods boundaries.

I just recently finished a dovetailed timberframe fireplace incorporating several black birch beams, a 50" diameter end grain white oak butterflied table with a heavily sculpted tree root system for a base, and an unusual commission for a 24" diameter solid perfectly machined wooden sphere, which I created an eleborate jig for. I'll try and post some pictures!
