Thanks for the welcome, on looking round the site I can see I have my work cut out, I definately wouldn’t be anywhere near the level everyone else seems to be at but hopefully one day…..
I think i’m also going to have to get my garage sorted out to look even a little like a workshop, all it is at the minute is a garage with some tools thrown in amonst the kids toys, garden furniture, turf store and everything else that has been thrown out of the house over the years lol
On the plus side i’m looking forward to it and learning for all you Lumberjocks!!!

Welcome. You have found the right place for woodworking. A great group of people willing to help. Looking forward to see your projects and comments. Work safe in the shop and don’t forget to use pushsticks.
Don’t be concerned about posting photo’s of your projects. We want to see photo’s of what you make.

Thanks for the comment! That work bench took me a couple months to design, I took a couple different plans and kind of through them together into one. The charging station looks good, its simple but sometime simple is more. Take some pictures of your shop, would love to see it.

Thanks Lance, simple is good enough for me at the minute, wouldn’t dare put up any pictures of my shop yet, it’s basically my garage so the space is shared with everything else, I have two work benches that I use but plan to build one like yours which would be alot more useful. Maybe when I get the place into some kind of order i’ll put up a pic or two.
