I came across this log a few weeks ago. A tree service guy gave a call and I bought it off him. I am now in Glendale, Az. Give me a call if you are interested in wood slabs. 602-319-7968.

There any turnable chunks in there somewhere ?

Oh, the turners are crazy. Anyone can see that this would make a lot of nice boxes. Or some great tables. Too far away though. Have fun.

Wow, that is a good sized mesquite log. You don’t find too many that size around. I’m close to the Avondale/Tolleson area and would love to get together and talk about slabbing out an Arizona Ash that has to come down. Ping me if you are nterested?
