Mann I got lucky around 55 board feet old growth walnut $60 on craigslist… Oh the things I’m going to make yippy. And that on the bench is my first attempt, my spin on an art box. Thanks for the inspiration Andy

I grew up next door to Grandma and Grandpa. Grandpa was a furniture/cabinet maker for ever and ever. Since Dad was also in the construction biz I've been around woodworking since I was big enough to hold a hammer.
I love the medium you can do anything with wood. I think my favorite part is the design, trying to get something to work is the biggest challenge.
I do fused glass also, and try to incorporate it with my wood.
If you have some time check out my site www.tvartglass.com (the wood is there also)
Have a great day...
