After spending 10 years as a television production button pusher in NYC, my wife and I decided to move back to New England where I grew up, buy a house (with a basement) and start a family. Christmas 2010 my father-in-law bought me a book about woodworking, which led to a few tools, which led to a bookcase being built (my first post), which led to more tools and another project, and the cycle continues to this day. I'm mostly a stay-at-home-dad now, I occasionally get out and push some buttons still, but my interests now lie elsewhere. Nap time is my workshop time, a couple hours a day, for now.
