hey there every one, my names matt taylor, thought i’d say hi and thanks to every one for welcoming me to lumberjocks! i am really excited to have so much knowledge available to me, i think this site is great! i am an aspiring wood worker and a wood floor installer, refinisher by trade, hope to have some pics up soon. i am currently working on a tool box and a bookshelf and slowly building up my tools, just got a plunge or fixed base porter cable router im pretty excited about! ill be bugging you guys w plenty of questions, i love wood working and i think im way too into tools! haha and please let me know if any one has any questions about flooring!

welcome. we’ll be happy to answer any questions you have. its a great community in that way. you said you we’re building a bookcase. you should enter it into this contest (if you haven’t already). can’t wait to see some of your projects!
