I have a Delta planer model- 22-540 that has not been used in 12 years. It runs great but I can’t get the cutter head to move up or down. A couple of turns either way and it binds up. I have banged on it with a rubber hammer and soaked the guide posts in WD-40 for hours with no result. They are a little rusty but not that bad. Any suggestions? Marty
