I got a good load of logs back from the mill today. I posted a blog about using a parbuckle to load logs;

and this is the end product of those efforts. I had quite a bit of it cut at 8/4×4, some at 8/4×6, some at 12/4×12/4 for table legs, and the rest in 4/4. The 8/4×4 will end up as a bench top for my work bench, the rest will be for various upcoming projects. I am toying with the idea of building a small kiln based on the plans I got from Daren Nelson.
A load of lumber like this is always exciting to get home with. All kinds of possibilities and projects.

Nice load Mart…going to the sawmill is fun ! Having one is even more fun ;) Hey Brian, I like to hear that, about 400 of them running off my plans right now.
