Monday morning… After taking care of the kids pool and yard few other honey do things. Got busy cleaning up the garage. Turning it from laundry/ exercise area. Back into my wood shop lol.. With that out of the way. Got busy on the Sled. At this point the 2 ft x 3 ft oak ply bottom is complete. Ready for the back fence install. I planed all the wood required and cut them into finish sizes. Glued up the 2 pc’s required for the back fence. Let them dry overnight. Tonight I will run it turn the jointer and planer. Cut to final length. Then using 2 squares mount the back fence to the sled bottom. T-track hardware and knobs coming in today. Whille I am not as far as I would like to be. I feel I did make some good progress. Still shooting for a end of week final to this project. But since I also own a full blown machine shop. It will come first if a late night is required. I got in a bad habbit over the years. I like to eat once in a while lol… Yall go make some shaving now.

2×3 – that a nice size sled. interested to see how this will come out- sounds like it required quire a bit of planing and assembly to it.
