J.D. at general int. told me to send him a fax and he would get back to me the next morning—-of course he didn’t. Had to call Canada again, JD said there were only 3 people working there and that he would have to talk to a tec. there and see what he wants to do and that he would call me—-never called back. Its a nice saw but if it brakes down it may take forever to fix it. There service SUCKS.
