Between cutting 5000 feet of 1/4 round trim (tore up carpet in the house to get to the wood floors) and working on refinishing the dresser I now have my shop a bit tore up to get the newest toy in place.

A 60 Gallon 5HP (ok its probably more like 3.2 you know how it goes) compressor. I need to get the wiring in place, then start plumbing, but it moved from the middle of where I should be parking my truck to the corner of the shop that i designated “its place”. Its used and a bit crudded up so I need to do a little tear down and clean up (black paint everywhere!)

No pictures yet, but soon I hope. Luckly the Pallet Jacks that are helping clutter up the garage are going to a good home tomorrow. Getting closer!

Pictures will be nice. I know what you mean about the shop disarray. Mine gets in the same condition when I am in the middle of a project. Congrats on the exposing the wood floor too by the way.

Did you have to do any refinishing?

There’s a couple spots in the master bedroom that really needs to be refinished, and a bunch of crud floating on top of the finish that needs to be scraped off at the very least. We’ll probably sand the whole thing down at least in the master bedroom. We’ll see how the last room looks.

Have your say...
