Rhe clocks are finally done. Since one of them has to go to London, just in time.

They are made from quater sawn white oak. The construction was a bit on the tricky side (for me) since the face is only 3/8” thick. Dowelling together with 1/4” dowels was a chalange.

The toughest thinng, however, was the finish. I should have thought about this a long time ago. I have never done an Arts anf Crafts finish before and didn’t want to screw up what, for me, was fairly good woodwork. Thanks to all who have commented and helped in this task!
