Location: Hillsboro, Oregon: The Great Northwet

I'm just another wood butcher.....been makin' sawdust for about 25 years.

I established a finish carpentry business back in 1988, and try to keep
working with the high end clientele so that work ends up being entertaining and challenging, rather than "carpentry-by-rote".

Although I love wood as a medium for art, I find my real joy in life comes from my relation with Yashua the Messiah, the Lion of Judah.

That said, I love beauty and ingenuity; both of which can be exemplified gloriously in the warm colors and textures of lignans.

'nuff said.

Welcome to Lumber Jocks! This is a great place to get – or give – advice about woodworking on the forums and the project posts are a wonderful source of new ideas. I look forward to seeing your projects and posts.

To get the most feedback on your projects, it’s best to only post 1 or 2 at a time. This way you will get feedback over several days and from a wide variety of members.

Please enjoy your membership.

Welcome to this Lumberjock site. Love your first project post, that is the kind of work I did just before I retired so I know where you are coming from except I was on the metalworking side. It was fun and challenging for me but was just too hard on my back.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless

Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself a few months ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ’s as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…

Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…
