It took me about four months to complete. That is, working an hour and a half every Thursday at carving club. I won three ribbons, First place, Best of class, Best of group.

My dream in progress update.

Well after a couple of weeks of work it’s starting to come together.

I was really surprised that all my workbenches and drafting table fit in the shed with room to move around.

Here are the latest pictures….
1. Left side of the workshop. The workbench to the left is the finishing area (painting, gluing, etc.). The far corner is the scrollsawing corner.
2. Right side of the workshop. Here is the drafting area.
3. Workshop as a whole. The far right corner is for carving.

Now that all the large things are moved in, I can start moving in the small stuff.

More updates coming soon.

Well, I have taken a week off work and I plan on changing this 10’ by 12’ shed into my woodcarving and scrollsawing workshop. I will try to post pictures of the transformation. Feel free to throw out some ideas or suggestions.
Pictures:
1. Outside of the shed doesn’t look too bad.
2. Inside however was another story. (Yes, I’m a pack rat)
3. After doing some major cleaning and installing an air conditioner on the back wall, it’s looking pretty good.

More updates soon.
