I didn’t want anyone thinking that there wouldn’t be progress on this project. So here is a picture of the base. It is solid wenge. I want to thank everyone who is following along this and any other project I post. It is appreciated.
Enjoy.

Hi kolwdwrkr,

Always been a fan of both Wenge and legs, so to me it’s beautiful!

That should be a very strong base for the top that goes on it. Looking forward to the completed project.

Those legs are really nice . . . are they flaired on all sides?

Zuki, each leg is flaired on the sides facing out, so 2 sides each leg. I guess it would be the Faces of all the sides.
Thanks everyone for the comments.

So the sides of each leg that are touching each other, as opposed to opposite of each other, are flaired.

Gotcha .
