I was working on getting the rust off the plane and my girlfriend suggested I use “The Works” toilet bowl cleaner. It worked great.

We use it to clean or Poontoon Boat, motors and Seadoo after they’ve been in the water for a long time. Works great and cheap too.

A weak vinegar solution will also do the trick.
