I saw an out feed “table” that was a large wood cylinder that rolled when you ran a board over it. Grooves were cut out for the miter gauge slots. It could set behind the saw and only take up a 8” space or be set back 8’ to cut long boards.

I’m in the middle of building a folding outfeed table I saw in an issue of Woodsmith. I have it but there is no number on it . They sent it to to get me to suscribe. It uses folding shelf brackets to support a laminate topped table with miter slots in it. It looks pretty good and will fit between my saw and my new work bench whichis the same height as the saw.
