no previous part Part 1 of Sogo drum 2.0 series no next part

This summer I began the build for an improved Sogo drum design. This is the first drum I created about 4 years ago based on a Ghanaian Sogo drum. This is the next version

I created the drum in 3 sections creating a crosscut sled for each one. I then glue all the staves and attatched the sections together with high grade construction adhesive. This is just a rough sanding to do general shaping get off all the glue. I plan on finishing the project with General Finishes Seal-a-cell and the glossy finish with no additional stain

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
