First of all, Welcome to Lumberjocks- the best woodworking site in the world!!!!!!

I don’t know about the manual, usually they are needed when you have problems and want to take something apart.
As for the blade, see if there is a saw sharpening business near you. We have one by us and they make bandsaw blades any length you want. I just bought 2 98 1/2” blades for a buddy and they were $16 each..and they are good industrial blades.
I was going to suggest Grizzly but I just looked in their catalog and the closest is 93 1/2”.
You might try to find who sell Buffalo tools for the blades and the manual.

If you really get stuck and can’t find those blades, you can call Tubergen at 616 534 0701 and have them make you some. They sharpen blades and ship all over the place
The ones I use for most everything are 1/4×10 pitch. I cut aluminum, wood , plastic and resaw with them….........Jim
