You are doing very nice work. I do some scrolling, it is so darn hard on my back I can only sit for short periods to work. I broke it a while back. If you look through my gallery here you’ll see one that I’ve done of the virgin mary and baby Jesus. Keep up the cool scrolling I really enjoy it. I do mostly lathe work now it is’nt as cramping. But I’d like to do some xmas ornaments for presents, it’s fun and I like the results you get. I did some scroll work also on a chair I made. Thanks for posting, and thanks for listening.

Jock, I fully Understand.
My back was broken was I was 9 From a Seatbelt, car accident.
And I fully understand the pain and all of that.
My Scroll Saw is on my Kitchen Table, and the Saw comes up just shy of my Shoulders, this gives me more Stability and easier viewing and much more easy control.
You may consider Building a Table that will work for you as I’m going to do for my Scroll Saw, this way it will be easier for me to work at it, I spend all day at my Saw, and I don’t have no problem with hurting or anything.
I’m going to post some of my Christmas ornaments here real soon, I got some on my Etsy Store that I made during this month. Have a look sometime, you may find some you like.
