This end table will be a gift for my grandpa commissioned from my grandma, I was so grateful to take on this project as I had been wanting to build him something special anyway but wasn’t sure what to build. It will sit about 18” tall, just perfect for setting his book and cup of coffee on from his recliner. The top will be a curved glass with a laminated juniper bumper around the edge. This will be my first attempt at curving and laminating wood, I hope it looks as good in real life as it does in my head!!!

First…..a lot of sanding!!!

Lucy you! I wish I could luck into beautiful wood like that! Grandpa will love it for sure!
