Looks like a good plan. When do you start sawing wood?

It looks like you have a nice plan to start with. This is one of the keys to getting a project off the ground. I hope that you are able to get started on your shop soon.

One step closser. I was @ the BORG during lunch and I found a realy good deal on DRICORE (7/8 OSB T&G Flooring) $0.125/sft ($.50 sheet). I couldn’t pass that up. I bought a pallet (420sft/$60). If your in Atlanta and need some let me know.
I am thinking of doing the construction in phases for budget reasions.
Phase 1: Footers/Floor Joist/Floor (July)
Phase 2: Frame/Rafters/Roof Sheathing (Aug)
Phase 3: Roofing/Exterior Wall Sheathing/Widows/Doors (Sep-Oct)
Phase 4: Sidding/Ramp/insalation/interior/Electrical (Oct-Dec)
