« Part 1: Bike Rack Part 2 of Just Another Day series Part 3: Father and Son project »

Well, I was at work and riding a bike from one building to the other when I noticed another pallet of wood next to a dumpster. I also retrieved two 12ft pieces that were rought cut to about 2 1/2” by 6” (one of these pieces was broken in half). They looked like they were part of a long pallet that the guys broke down to throw away.
So I spent some time tonight taking out the nails that I found in the wood and trying to find places in my 12’ x 14’ workshop to put them.
If you have a small shop I would sure like to see some pics of it so I can see how others with small shops are keeping things organized.

Great wood score. Lots of great wood gets used in pallets.

Any chance on our collective deathbeds our last words will be…”I should have collected more pallets and pulled out everyone of their nails.”

Have your say...
