I'm an architect by education - I turned to woodworking as another creative outlet and as a result of my cheapness. "Affordable" furniture is cheap as well. I started with a Sears table-saw special and kept adding the tools as the projects grew.

The architecture world is light on work lately so I've made the leap and started my own woodworking business - Happy Bungalow llc. I'm starting small - making toys and accessories mostly, but in the next year or two I hope to expand into smaller furniture pieces. In three years or so I plan on rolling out a line of interior playhouses.

Welcome Don. You have found the right place for woodworking. A great group of people willing to help. Looking forward to see your projects and comments. Work safe in the shop and don’t forget to use pushsticks.
