She found my scrap bin and decided to build a castle for me.

She picked the pieces. I showed her how to glue up.

I had no idea when she started to lay them out and glue, what she had in mind. She was thinking in 3 dimensions and viewed her castle standing up.

After I popped a few brad and a day of drying…she painted.

Natalya is 3 1/2 years old.

Hallway pegs, very handy. Maple finished with red mahogany Danish Oil, poly topcoat.

I had some flawed maple and made this end grain board for my wife. I flipped the rows around trying to find a good pattern with the knots. They ended up forming mini HEARTS. She loves me!
