1" bullnose router bit alternative - 7 replies

Fellow LJ, the plans call for a 1” bullnose router bit. Unfortunately I don’t have one and really don’t want to buy one. Can I use a 1/2” round over on each side and get the same effect?

Greetings all, After I get two sides at 90 degrees on the jointer, I go to the planer. I know to put the side down that was jointed. Is it better after you plane the side down (90 degrees from side), to alternate faces(flipping the board) or just take it all off one side down to desired thickness ?. Thanks….
