hey every one, I have been wood working several years but am trying to get away from buying lumber at the box stores. i live in chickasaw al, its very close to mobile and was wondering if anyone knew of a person or distributor who sells lumber for cheaper and better quality than lowes or home depot.

You can try lumberfinder.com but I have found that a lot of places don’t show up on there. You might try talking with some of the local cabinet shops as they should know the lumber suppliers in the area. Good luck maybe someone from around there will see this and help you out.
