Started woodworking when I moved to Tupelo, MS from Jonesboro, AR in 2000. Didn't know anything about the hobby. The only tool I had was a Dollar Tree hammer. Learned most skills from New Yankee Workshop shows.
My shop is a double-car garage. Over the past decade, I've been able to aquire most every major woodworking tool. My pal Marty is my mentor. The guy is a genius!
My projects include dressers, gun cabinets, cribs and cradles, toys, Barrister bookcases, and whatever catches my eye in magazines.
Professionally, I'm a spokesman for the family-values organization, American Family Association. Here's my professional bio - http://media.afa.net/newdesign/spokespersonsrs.asp

Hi Rsharp,
Let me welcome you to LJs. I hope that you will find this to be an interesting and rewarding aspect of your woodworking journey.
-- With God's help all things are possible- even woodworking. Woodworking is not just a hobby, it is an (expletive deleted) expensive hobby.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.
God Bless
