i used a old house trailer for my work shop.
this is the start of my shop . a good woodstove is handy for the winter.
hopefully i can share my adventure as i begin to explore wood working, showing that you don’t have to spend money to have fun. my work bench is a old coffe table with a brace to keep it steady. i hand made my carving tools out of a old file, a broken screw drive, and a couple of old 1” spade wood bits. they work great and cutgood . they hold a edge!!!
may peace and love follow you always http://picasaweb.google.com/roydahlgren/Workshop

Well, it’s a good start. Now you just need to fill it up!

I see you have the coffee pot, so you have mandatory equipment covered.

Hi Roy,

You have plenty of space to work in it looks like. Plus you have heat in the winter and open windows in the summer. You can use your shop all year round!!!

Thanks for sharing.

By the way it looked like you had your truck loaded down with plenty of wood both to work with and to heat your shop.

Now Roy, that’s what I would call a real down to earth basic workshop. Is that an oil painting I see in the corner?
