Hi Roadrunner,
How about posting some pictures of your shop? Even though it is cozy you can get a lot done in a space like you have. I had a co-worker whose shop was about the size of yours. He had a jointer, table saw and planer in his shop and managed to produce some nice projects despite the limited space.
