Dog Carts

Just take 2 wheels and some lumber, cut away all the lumber that isn’t a cart, and screw it together.

I have plans for a sled somewhere, but no carts. I would start with a Gentle Leader harness, and work my way back. The Gentle Leader would at least keep their spped in check, especially if they were trained on one.

If I put a cart on my 135 lb. goof, I would find it floating down the Grand River, with the dog attached, in fairly short order. I hope your guys are better trained than mine!

I have the same problems with a couple of siberians .. think I would want good brakes, as they LOVE to run and being in the city, might not be the best idea.

there is a dearth of plans, might try starting with a pair of front forks, and some how clamp the tubes.

My female the (one to the rt in avatar) wont let you handle front feet, so cant get harness on her yet. she has been doing some better, will have to give her another try

for other ideas google for bike trailers, some may be adaptable. I have seen several of these http://www.instructables.com/id/Bicycle-cargo-trailer--200-lb-capacity,-$30-for-pa/ around campus and they seem surprisingly sturdy. This was built at Hampshire College

Whew, for a minute there I thought you were making the cart to pull the dogs around because they are too big. LOL, try the wikipedia website, they seem to have an answer for everything.
