9ft x 8ft very small shop is my favorite space.

Festool TS55 & Festool CT22E Dust Extractor
Delta 28-206l 14-Inch 1 Horsepower Band Saw
Makita RF1101KIT 2-1/4 HP Variable Speed Plunge Router and Self-built router table
Kerv Radial drill press rd-36
Delta 22-580 15 Amp 13-Inch Benchtop Planer
Delta JT160 6” Variable Speed Bench Jointer——with broken fence

and I’m wondering if I should buy a table saw for my “very small” shop.

do you have room?? You must stand in the middle and just rotate from machine to machine. Talk about efficient!!! A reminder that it doesn’t take a lot of tools or a lot of space to be able to create!

How did our ancestors cut all that lumber and make all that beautiful furniture without a tablesaw? Welcome to LumberJocks!

Have you checked for a bench top table saw? Not to many out there to choose from. Something such as
http://www.amazon.com/JET-708315BTC-JBTS-10BT-3-Benchtop-Table/dp/B000CFH3A8/&tag=toolcribcom130-20
Should be small enough to save on shipping. Just an idea.
Good luck and I hope that this helps.

If you feel that you really need/require a table saw I’d try to check with some of the companies that import machines from the Far east. Grizzly comes to mind.

Some of the European companies might be able to supply something. You would at least be on the same land mass and not require an over-the-water delivery.

Welcome to LJ. Table saws are vital, but they require space.
