« Part 2: Spiral bit --Collet loosening Part 3 of Shop Notes series Part 4: Loft »

These several days I have been into improving my small shop.
I made a shelf which is like a loft. It will hold a lot of stuff.

And another big project is making a good dust collection system for my delta 14” bandsaw.
It is notorious for thoughtless desining in dust collection.
I have been using it without any dust collection system so that my clothes are always dusty.
Especially in Japan we live in a house without waring shoes, dusty ware is far from popular with my family.
So I decided to make it, and it will be soon finished.
I hope it will work well.

Good luck! Sounds like you’ve got your work cut out for yourself.

Let me know what you come up with. I was just wondering what to do about it myself. I just wrote this.
